Team Enablement & Training
Training, runbooks, and quarterly reviews so the system keeps working.
The AI system we hand you is only as good as the team operating it three months later. Enablement is the deliverable most agencies skip and most teams quietly miss. We do not skip it.
What enablement looks like
- Working sessions, not lectures — your engineers extend the eval suite with our engineers in the room. Your support team retunes the rubric. Hands on keyboards, not slides on screen.
- Runbooks your on-call will read — written for a tired engineer at 2am, not for a compliance binder.
- Quarterly review cadence — we re-grade the evals, look at the drift, propose the next change. Optional, capped, paused when you want.
- An exit plan from day one — every artefact lives in your repos, on your accounts, under your team’s names. Nothing depends on Cravings staying.
Who it suits
Teams who have inherited an AI system from a previous vendor and cannot change it safely. Teams about to take over a Cravings build. Internal engineering leaders who have been told to “do AI” and want a way to bring their team along that does not involve sending people to a two-day course in Berlin.
How we engage
Usually four to eight weeks, on a fixed scope, sometimes followed by a thin retainer. Often bundled at the tail end of a Cravings build at no extra fee.
